Manly in Sydney. I lived there for a year on a working visa in 2002. It has everything: sun, surf, good food and great people.

If I'm not out walking the dog, I'm surfing at St Ouen's in the summer, playing golf or football, or in the kitchen practising my culinary skills.

Favourite Restaurant in the Channel Islands?
I love The Salty Dog.

If you could invite any three people to dinner, past or present, who would they be and why?

First on the list would have to be Sir David Attenborough because of the stories he could tell, Sir Alex Ferguson, so I could ask him why he chose David Moyes and I would also ask if he is willing to come out of retirement. Lastly Lars Ulrich from Metallica because he is a rock Legend and we would have a great after dinner jamming session.
