Kate is a personable, dynamic and enthusiastic individual. She has over 15 years project management and operational experience, specialising in process excellence and change management across a broad and varied range of industries, such as hotels, banking, property, offshoring and retail, both in Australia and Europe.
Kate’s area of expertise is building strong relationships with key stakeholders and anticipating the demands of the client by listening to and understanding their needs; collaboratively designing solutions and delivering successful outcomes through a balanced focus on people, process, technology and policy.
Kate‘s strength lies in managing multiple projects while ensuring excellent project management practices are followed and has experience with both Lean and Agile methodologies, successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Favourite Place in the world
Jersey stole my heart from the very first time I visited in 2006. What’s not to love about the island? It has picturesque landscapes, storybook cottages, pink granite, great beaches, fresh seafood, it’s close to Europe and, of course, there’s Jersey’s salted caramel sauce. I keep pinching myself about just how fortunate I am to to live in such a beautiful place.
What is number one on your bucket list?
A cooking class in the Tuscan hills with a bunch of friends while enjoying plenty of good wine.

What are your hobbies
I love to cook and enjoy nothing more than whipping up a sumptuous feast for family and friends. My other weekly indulgence is Yin Yoga – one and half hours of calm and solitude.
What is your dream occupation and why?
Back up dancer for Justin Timberlake. It is a dream of mine to really dance while live on stage and not being the one in the spotlight.
What is your favourite ice cream?
No ice cream: For me, it's cheese, cheese and more cheese!
If you could invite any three people to dinner, who would they be and why?
Massimo Bottura: The world-renowned chef and owner of the world’s number one restaurant Osteria Francescana. He has been instrumental in empowering communities to fight food waste through social inclusion - meals cooked by Michelin starred chefs and given to the homeless and those in need. He could do the cooking!
Nostradamus: He could give me the heads up on what to expect in the future.
Melissa McCarthy: She would bring laughter and frivolity to any dinner party.
