The client needed help in delivering a new external-facing portal to help their clients manage instructions for renewing their IP related renewals. We were engaged to deliver effective project management and business analysis to ensure the portal was implemented to clearly defined business requirements.
Our consultant worked with the client to analyse the current situation and to clearly define the requirements. We then put a risk framework in place to manage any issues and developed a plan to track tasks and resources. Reporting lines were established to ensure clear communications and stakeholder analysis carried out regularly to ensure expectations were met.
