The client engaged us to conduct a feasibility review for a strategic change in direction for one area of their business.
The work was conducted by one of our senior consultants who knew the business. The consultant worked closely with the project sponsor and the third party lawyers who were engaged to provide legal advice. The project involved gathering evidence, using both desk and field research, to conclude whether or not the proposed change would be advantageous to the business.
The conclusion reached as a result of the work was that it would not be feasible to pursue the strategic change in direction without having a detrimental impact.
