We were asked to project manage the global implementation of our client’s new brand. We built a central project plan so that we could map dependencies between all the project workstreams to keep all stakeholders engaged.

Our initial analysis allowed us to define those requirements, introduce a risk framework and clear reporting lines for the project.
Over a six-month period we supported our client in a wide-ranging project to replace technological infrastructure across their company. Our work began with setting the boundaries and governance for implementation and included management of various areas of delivery to ensure a successful transition.
Introduction of FATCA regulations meant our client required significant changes to their policies, processes and procedures. Business Analysis and Project Management was needed to identify, capture and implement the people, process, policy and procedural changes required while tracking and recording FATCA requirements and maintaining audit control for the project against the Group Programme.
