About Eliot

Hobbies
I run regularly, both as a hobby and a necessary part of my routine to help with de-stressing, thinking. It also gives me a chance to learn and read using audible.com and listening to podcasts.  We live in such a beautiful part of the world that it can be an absolute delight to get out there and take it all in.

Biggest Role Model
There are so many, for such a variety of reasons that it’s hard to choose one. For one that people will know, it’s hard not to have massive respect for Richard Branson and his can-do, ‘screw it, let’s do it’ attitude to business. Many find it hard to like him personally, but you can do nothing but admire his drive, determination and achievements.

Favourite Restaurant in the Channel Islands?
It has to be Salty Dog. Their surf and turf is amazing.

If you could travel back and witness any historical event, what would you choose and why?
I’d love to see the asteroid that caused the Chicxulub crater which people believe caused the mass extinction of the dinosaurs. Such power. I wouldn’t stay for long though!

Where in the world would you most like to visit that you haven’t already?
Probably Machu Picchu – looks like an amazing place to visit.
