Service Delivery Manager

The Service Delivery Manager role is primarily responsible for delivering a quality managed service solution to customers. Key to the role is ensuring the business exceeds customer expectations, achieving a consistently high level of customer satisfaction, aligned with Greenlight processes, customer SLA’s and targets. Reporting to the Chief Consulting Officer the SDM will work collaboratively with Project Managers to improve all aspects of the customer experience.
