Favourite Place in the world
This is a tough one as there are many places that I hold dear, including London my birthplace. But Paris has the most special memories for me. I got engaged to my now wife after spending the most amazing 5 days in the city of love.
If you could travel back and witness any historical event, which would you choose?
1966 England winning the World Cup, just to feel and witness the pure joy and jubilation of the nation.
If you could invite any three people to dinner, past or present, who would they be?
Steve Jobs, Mahatma Gandhi and Billy Corgan. Steve would provide fascinating insights into innovation and business genius. Gandhi so I could pay my respects and to learn from his peace and humbleness and Billy Corgan because he is the frontman of my all time favourite band, ’The Smashing Pumpkins’. And hopefully after dinner Billy and I could play a few tunes together and rock out.
What is your dream occupation?
I always wanted to be an actor. Being able to get into character and play out the lives of others is something which has always fascinated me. I have a love for the arts and love being creative, and what better way than expressing yourself through acting and performing.
Do you have any hidden talents?
I can play the guitar and I love writing my own songs.
Who is your favourite actor or actress?
Gary Oldman, such a talented actor, and for his part in the film ‘Leon’.
Favourite restaurant in the Channel Islands?
Royal Yacht Grill Bar – they do the best fillet steaks on the island in my opinion! Always with the béarnaise sauce.
