The client had issued an expression of interest to find a new partner(s) to run its front of house operations. Greenlight was engaged to provide an independent person with procurement experience to assist in this process to ensure a balanced and impartial assessment selection.
Independent Advisor Services
The Greenlight Consultant firstly worked with the client to define and agree the quality selection criteria, this was to ensure that submission reviews were equitable, wholly transparent and fully auditable.
This criteria was then applied against all first stage submissions. A number of new options were presented in one of the submisisions at stage one which led the project team to redefine and remodel the final requirements. An outline plan was agreed along with a proposal to engage with 2 partners for the future operation. A "roll back" plan was drafted, should there have been issues in gaining agreement with the proposed partners. Greenlight then chaired the negotiations to agree the final partnerships.
Finally full and robust Service Level Agreements were provided to the client for agreement with both parties.
The final outcome was an innovative and unique 2 year, 3 way partnership at an exciting new location for the client that clearly aligned with their vision and future strategy.
