Greenlight’s Chairman Nigel Le Quesne is to step down from the board following the company joining with BDO Jersey and Sator.
Nigel has been a non-executive director of Greenlight since 2012.
Eliot Lincoln, CEO BDO Greenlight, said: “We would like to say a huge thank you to Nigel for all his insight and support over the past four years. Nigel’s strategic input and oversight has helped us grow and reach the healthy position we are in today.
“Nigel has played a significant role in our move to join forces with BDO Jersey and Sator. This is a very exciting time for BDO Greenlight, and we are now looking forward to taking the company to the next stage.”
Nigel, who is Group CEO and Chairman of JTC Group, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Chartered Management Institute. He is also a member of the Society of Trust Estate Practitioners, the Jersey Taxation Society, the Institute of Directors and the Jersey Funds Association.
Nigel said: “Working with Eliot and the Greenlight team over the past four years has been a great pleasure. As Greenlight moves on to its next phase, the time is right for me to step down as Chairman.
“I wish the team all the best and am confident that together with BDO Jersey, and Sator, Greenlight will be in the strongest position to develop and expand its change consultancy services.”
Founded by Eliot Lincoln in 2008, Greenlight has grown to be the Channel Islands’ leading independent business change specialist. Its change managers have worked with over 70 clients on nearly 200 change programmes or projects, notably in the Finance, Digital, Telecommunications, Intellectual Property and Legal sectors.
Last month Greenlight joined forces with BDO Jersey and Sator to form a leading integrated professional services firm spanning audit, tax, outsourcing, financial services, regulatory advisory and change consulting. BDO’s CEO, Matthew Corbin, joins Eliot Lincoln and Phil Ruelle on the board of BDO Greenlight.
