Favourite Place in the world
Transkei Wild Coast in South Africa. It's so full of life and un-spoilt beauty. It's a wild place where you experience the full beauty and force of nature.
Favourite Ice Cream flavour:
Pistachio. Although I'm no a huge dessert fan , I can rarely resist when this is on the menu.
Favourite restaurant in the Channel Islands:
Oyster Box - the views of St Brelade's Bay are simply breathtaking and there's always something new to see you haven't noticed before. Some of the views remind me of the Transkei. The food is also quite spectacular, but then again, the food in Jersey in general is really good.
Who is your biggest role model?:
My Dad. He fought against popular belief by defending people such as Steve Biko during Apartheid in South Africa. Despite his monumental achievements in life, both in the courtroom and on the sports field, he remains humble. A true role model, who, regardless of the stresses and strains of work life has always had time for his family.
Where in the world would you most like to visit that you haven’t already?:
Cuba - for the sights and ways of life. I believe the country is changing and becoming more commercial so I'd like to see the place before it changes too much and becomes yet another overly subscribed tourist destination.
Playing with my new baby boy, and then, if time allows, golf and surfing. I also love tinkering with smart home platforms.
