The task was to design, build and implement a financial model to enable the client to conduct sensitivity analysis on variable inputs including costs, inflation rates and interest rates. The aim was to understand the effects these would have on their financial statements as they negotiated a new lending commitment.
Meetings were conducted with the client and third parties and the existing financial commitments and plans for a proposed infrastructure development were reviewed and challenged. A financial model was built based on the facts established.
The client used the financial model to support a successful application for debt financial.
