The introduction of new countries to the client's portfolio meant there was an inherent need to update the process of calculating the required fees. This process had not been updated for some time, and contributed to both revenue leakage and unncessary process burden on sales resources.
An initial requirements gathering excerise with the stakeholders was held to understand the scope of the development. Once these were defined, a third party were engaged to complete the development work whilst Greenlight continued to manage stakeholder expectation with regular communication. Following system testing and engagement from the business to complete UAT, a series of training sessions were held to highlight each particular difference. This meant that go-live was smooth, despite being an implementation completed over multiple jurisdictions

An updated price list, and the introduction of standard fees for new countries which makes it quicker and easier for sales to access.
