Developed wireframes to support the configuration
Configured the CRM system
Produced a user guide to be utilised for training
Provided additional support following go-live of the changes

Outcome:
Greenlight facilitated delivery of lead configuration, opportunity configuration, account configuration, contact configuration, product configuration, reporting and training materials to support the Client's operational model. 
Reusable wireframes for future changes. 
Training pack including user guide, example reports and tips delivered to the team.
Standard reports created, customised and saved.
