Our client wanted a fit for purpose framework for executing both small and large projects, with bespoke training designed and delivered.
 

Approach:
A lifecycle was collaboratively designed along with associated templates, processes, policies and controls. In partnership with the FTE Business Improvement Specialist a training plan was designed and delivered to key stakeholders including the COO. 
 

Outcome:
This training plan has subsequently been delivered across the business with exceptional feedback. The lifecycle has been embedded within the organisation and the training plan reused in order to ease adoption. Templates and processes used throughout the business delivering reputable and consistent change.
