Our client required support running a high-priority regulatory project. They needed a subject matter expert to help provide on-site advice as well as project management experience to ensure deliveries met the required timescales.

Create and execute plan for due diligence of individual clients
Document operational guidelines for conducting enhanced reviews of high value clients
Produce FATCA checklists for staff
Create management information (MI) tools to track and monitor progress of due diligence work

Outcome:
Board members could track progress via management information dashboards
Deliveries met all with impending regulatory deadlines
Temporary compliance resources were trained and operational guidelines were provided on how to conduct enhanced reviews of high value clients. 
Once procedures in place and project progressing to plan Greenlight assisted with the recruitment of a new in-house project manager and ensured a successful handover.
